Teaching · Sekundarschule Utenberg

Understanding begins by asking why.

At Sekundarschule Utenberg, I teach mathematics, media and computing. Young people do more than solve tasks. They explain connections, check solutions and take responsibility for the next step.

I provide structure, ask questions and leave room for individual approaches. The result matters, but so does whether the reasoning can be understood.

Private tutoring became Web Lernen.

My work with around 40 private tutoring students led to the Web Lernen platform, founded with Nina Jud during lockdown. That marked the start of my work on digital education products.

From everyday school life to a digital tool.

I start with a concrete work situation, not a feature. The result is a set of tools for tutoring, school IT, multilingual conversations and teaching.

Books for questions that class time cannot always cover.

The first book is for young people and young adults. The second supports parents and teachers with questions about social media, gaming and artificial intelligence.
